How to check the status of your support tickets

 You can manage and view your ticket requests at the “My Activities” page on the KIXEYE website.


 To do this, log in to and click “Menu”. Under the "Community" section, select "Support Home". Next, select "My Requests" by clicking on your User Name in the top right hand side of the screen. This will take you to the "My Activities" page where you can access and view your ticket history. From here you can respond and view the status of your ticket.
