You can manage and view your ticket requests at the “My Activities” page on the KIXEYE website.
To do this, log in to KIXEYE.com and click “Menu”. Under the "Community" section, select "Support Home". Next, select "My Requests" by clicking on your User Name in the top right hand side of the screen. This will take you to the "My Activities" page where you can access and view your ticket history. From here you can respond and view the status of your ticket.
Keep in mind that tickets close automatically after a couple of days if we respond to you but don't hear back, so if you're having an issue, be sure to log in periodically to see if we've reached out for any additional information we might need to resolve your ticket.
