Send a Ticket
Should you encounter a more in-depth technical hurdle or problem with your account, please submit a ticket by filling out this form, making sure to include as many relevant details as possible. If your request is similar to one that our team has recently answered, you will receive an instant reply from us. Otherwise, depending on the complexity of your issue, a KIXEYE Expert or VIP Support Specialist will assist you as soon as possible.
Note that for our browser-based titles, Battle Pirates and War Commander, if your account is older than sixty days you will need to have spent a minimum of $50 in order to send a ticket. You will still be able to send tickets about purchasing issues, even if you have not spent the minimum $50.
Trouble Submitting Ticket
If you are experiencing issues when trying to create a support ticket (error messages, etc.), please create a new email address and add or update your email address on your settings page. Once you have confirmed that change, you should be able to submit a support ticket. This resolves most issues with using the support section.
The above fix should be suitable for the following errors:
- email address is not set
- email in use on another account
- unable to see support link
- email address is linked to another account
- other various errors
If you are unable to change the email address on your account but can still create a support ticket, please submit a ticket, then keep an eye on your My Requests page for replies.
