While KIXEYE does not directly control Flash Player, we do have a few suggestions to make sure that software is updated and running correctly. Also, please remember that our Flash Enabler plug-in is only intended to automatically enable Flash Player when loading our games; it does not reduce or affect the number of crashes you may experience.
1. Visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to make sure you are using the latest version of Flash available.
2. You can manage your Flash player's storage settings with Adobes online manager by going to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html. Clearing that data from time to time should improve performance.
3. You can manage the Flash Player's security settings https://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html. Using the "Delete all Sites" option can help to improve performance by removing cached authentication data, which can also help with security by forcing you to accept new authentications from the websites you visit.
4. If the issues persist, please try uninstalling and then reinstalling your Flash player. Specific instructions for your browser/operating system can be found via a quick Google search.
The Game Team is also working on migrating War Commander to HTML5 instead of Flash player, which should be ready to launch around the end of this year.
